Recently we have been involved with negotiating and documenting economic development incentives from the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation’s new programs, including ReBuild Rhode Island Tax Credit Program and Tax Increment Financing Program for new development projects.

On behalf of clients, we also interact frequently with the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, the Rhode Island Department of Health, and various municipal boards and agencies. Over the years, Mr. Boehnert has developed a close working relationship with state authorities regulating development and environmental matters, as well as with many local regulatory authorities.
